Try Poh's delicious chicken and green bean fried rice for a fun twist on dinner that will have the whole family begging for more.
Ingredients:
  • 300.00 gm Jasmine Rice
  • 3 medium brown onions, peeled, diced 5mm
  • 500g chicken breast, diced into 2cm cubes or chicken mince
  • 250g green beans, cut into 1cm segments
  • 4 eggs, whisked
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 1-42.00 gm light soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, to taste
  • 1.13 gm sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions:
  • Begin by preparing the SunRice Jasmine rice according to the package directions.
  • While the rice simmers, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan or wok. Sauté the onions until translucent, then add the chicken and cook thoroughly. Throw in the green beans, create an opening in the middle, and crack in the eggs. Flip continuously until golden brown.
  • Add the cooked rice with care, then toss with 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of sugar and season with freshly ground pepper to your liking.
