Ingredients:
  • 75.00 gm polenta (see note)
  • 4 (125g each) pork steaks
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 100g baby rocket
  • 2 josephine pears, cored, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 57.50 gm walnuts, toasted, chopped
  • 62.50 ml balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions:
  • Pour the polenta into a shallow dish and add the pork. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated.
  • In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear pork on each side for 2 to 3 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Prepare the pear and rocket salad while the pork is cooking: Combine rocket, pear, onion, walnuts, and dressing in a bowl. Mix well and serve with the pork.
