Sweet and spicy rub for pork tenderloins. Coat, stand 20 mins, grill! Pair with polenta or mashed yams.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle chile powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches medium-high heat.
  • Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, chipotle chile powder, salt, and brown sugar in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the tenderloins to the bag and shake well to coat the meat evenly. Let it refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill grate with a light oil coating and place the meat on it. Grill for 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. Take the meat off the grill and allow it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
