Ingredients:
  • 4 cups pomegranate juice
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice. Simmer until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until liquid reduces to 1 1/2 cups, about 1 hour. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate in a glass container.
