  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a wide, uncovered saucepan, simmer pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice on medium high until the sugar dissolves and the mixture simmers. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer.
  • Simmer the mixture until it thickens into a syrupy consistency, reducing to 1 to 1 1/4 cups. Sweeten to taste by adding more sugar while cooking, if desired.
