- 1 cup apple-flavored brandy
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 to 3 drops blue food color
- 1/3 cup grenadine syrup
- 6 maraschino cherries, if desired
- Place a generous amount of ice into a 1-quart pitcher. Pour in the brandy, pomegranate juice, and food color, then give it a good stir.
- Evenly distribute grenadine into 6 champagne flutes. Slowly pour the brandy mixture into each glass, straining out ice, and pouring gently down the side to create a beautiful float on top of the grenadine layer. Finish with cherries for garnish. Serve promptly.
