Indulgent caramel apple slices topped with crunchy pecans and vibrant pomegranate seeds for a delightful blend of sweetness and tartness.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Pink Lady Apples
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup purchased caramel sauce, or as needed
  • 1/2 Cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 Cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions:
  • Prepare a parchment-lined tray. Slice both apples into thick rounds to make a total of 8 slices. Arrange the apple slices in a shallow dish and drizzle fresh lemon juice over both sides.
  • Microwave caramel sauce in a bowl for about 30 seconds until softened.
  • Use a paper towel to pat dry each apple slice, then dip half of each slice into caramel sauce. Arrange the dipped apples on the tray and chill until firm, for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Generously top each caramel-dipped apple with a sprinkle of pecans and pomegranate seeds.
