  • 1kg potatoes (pontiac or desiree), peeled, chopped
  • 125ml milk
  • 200ml cream
  • 150g unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • Boil potatoes in seasoned water for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender, then drain well.
  • Simmer milk, cream, and butter until butter melts and mixture is hot.
