Classic pork and beef ragu paired perfectly with spaghetti - a delicious and simple meal.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 400g pkt Brand Diced Vegetable Medley
  • 500g Pork & Beef Mince
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped rosemary leaves
  • 123.75 gm red wine
  • 500g jar Oven Roasted Garlic & Red Wine Pasta Sauce
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 82.50 ml finely grated parmesan
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Sauté the vegetables until soft, about 4 minutes. Add the mince and rosemary, cook for 5 minutes until browned, breaking up any lumps. Pour in the red wine, season, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 2 minutes until reduced by half. Stir in the pasta sauce, season, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  • Cook spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water until perfectly al dente. Drain the pasta.
  • Portion out the spaghetti and sauce into bowls, then generously sprinkle each with Parmesan cheese.
