Easy and fun family dinner everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 600g pork belly rashers, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 1 carrot, coarsely grated
  • 150g Asian-style mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 250g packet 90-second long grain white rice
  • 67.50 gm hoisin sauce
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 375.00 ml bean sprouts
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 8 large iceberg lettuce leaves
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, sizzle pork in vegetable oil until golden and rind is crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Sauté carrots, mushrooms, and garlic until tender. Mix in rice, sauces, and sesame oil until warmed through. Fold in sprouts and most of the onions.
  • On serving plates, arrange fresh lettuce leaves. Top them with the flavorful pork mixture. Garnish with the remaining sprouts and onion. Enjoy your delicious dish.
