Elevate grilled pork tenderloin with an easy, flavorful marinade perfect for quick weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
Instructions:
  • In a sturdy zip-top bag, mix honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, ketchup, onion powder, cayenne, and cinnamon. Seal the bag and massage the ingredients together. Add pork to the marinade, seal the bag, and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate. Take the pork out of the bag and keep the marinade aside for basting later on.
  • Grill pork for 10 minutes on preheated grill, basting with reserved marinade and turning every 3 minutes. Discard any extra marinade.
  • Grill pork, turning every 3 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C), approximately 10 minutes. Allow the pork to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
