Revitalize pork tenderloin with zesty buttery Worcestershire lemon sauce on hamburger buns.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 pound boneless pork, cooked and cubed
  • 4 hamburger buns
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until bubbling. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper. Allow the mixture to boil, stirring frequently. Gently fold in cooked pork and simmer until heated through.
  • Assemble pork and sauce in hamburger buns to create sandwiches.
