Gourmet-style crispy fish fingers perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound flounder fillets
  • 0.33333334326744 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable bouillon powder
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley, or more to taste
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, or more as needed
  • 1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:
  • Collect all ingredients needed for the recipe.
  • Prepare the fish fillets by cutting them into 8 thin pieces and then lay them on a kitchen towel to dry.
  • In individual bowls, place flour and bread crumbs. Sprinkle bouillon powder and parsley into each bowl, then mix well.
  • Whisk eggs gently with a fork in a separate bowl.
  • Coat fish with flour, dip in the egg wash, then gently cover with bread crumbs. Transfer to a plate.
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, fry fish in sunflower oil until golden brown on both sides, about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
  • Place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Garnish fillets with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
