Tunisian-inspired fruity lollipop recipe, perfect for hot days!
Instructions:
  • Transfer the rice pudding into a blender and blend until velvety smooth. Place half in a bowl and distribute the remaining into lolly molds before freezing. Remove stems from strawberries, blend them in the rinsed blender with rose water until smooth. Mix half with the rice pudding, then pour into the molds once the first layer sets. Insert lollipop sticks and freeze again. Add the remaining strawberry mixture once the second layer solidifies and freeze overnight. To serve, remove from molds. Melt chocolate gently, dip or drizzle lollipops with it, and sprinkle your favorite toppings.
