Indulge in a delicious potato and parmesan pizza for the ultimate pizza night.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large thin pizza base (about 30cm in diameter)
  • 300g washed potatoes, sliced very thinly
  • 25g cheese
  • 50g baby rocket leaves
  • 2 tsp rosemary leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced thinly
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brush the pizza base with fragrant olive oil, scatter with aromatic garlic, layer on the slices of flavorful potato, and sprinkle with fragrant rosemary, a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, and a generous portion of Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake until golden and crispy, approximately 15 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top and finish with fresh rocket leaves before serving promptly.
