Easy and tender bread made with instant potato flakes, vegetable oil, and warm water in a bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3329999446869 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 3.25 cups bread flour
  • 0.5 cup dry potato flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1.25 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1.75 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the bread machine following the manufacturer's recommended order and select the Light Crust setting.
