Creamy and mild crowd-pleasing curry with a unique twist.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 0.66666668653488 cup frozen green peas
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat ghee and mix in cumin, turmeric, coriander, salt, mustard seed, and cayenne pepper. Add potatoes and stir to coat with the ghee. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour water into the skillet, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • Combine the yogurt and peas in the saucepan and cook until heated through.
