Creamy chicken and vegetable sauce over flavorful roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey (1/2 lb)
  • 1 box (9 oz) frozen cut broccoli
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 pouch (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ roasted garlic mashed potatoes
  • Water, milk and butter called for on potatoes pouch
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, gently bring 1/2 cup of milk and the soup to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add chicken and broccoli and mix well.
  • Lower the heat, cover the pot, and gently simmer for around 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Then, stir in the tomatoes.
  • Prepare the potatoes according to the package instructions using water, milk, and butter. Top the potatoes with the chicken mixture before serving.
