Ingredients:
  • 2 large ripe bananas, roughly chopped
  • 125.00 ml reduced-fat plain yoghurt
  • 20.00 gm rolled oats
  • 20.00 ml Synergy Natural Super Greens powder (see note)
  • 14.40 gm honey (optional)
  • 386.25 gm reduced-fat milk
Instructions:
  • Combine banana, yoghurt, rolled oats, super greens, honey (if using), and milk in a blender until velvety smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy.
