Creamy broccoli smoothies with avocado and coconut milk for a delicious and energizing morning boost!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1/2 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 avocado half, pitted and peeled
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions:
  • Follow the cooking instructions on the bag for the broccoli. Once cooked, refresh in cold water until cooled. Drain well.
  • Combine 1/4 cup of cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients in a blender. Remember to save the rest of the broccoli for later. Cover the blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Divide mixture evenly into 2 glasses. Enjoy promptly.
