Tropical smoothies with mango and pineapple, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic strawberries
  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Instructions:
  • Cook the broccoli according to the instructions on the bag, then refresh it by rinsing under cold water until cooled and drain excess water.
  • In a blender, combine 1/3 cup of cooked broccoli with the remaining ingredients. (Save the rest of the broccoli for later use by covering and refrigerating.) Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 2 glasses and enjoy promptly.
