Savory broccoli and bell peppers seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning, chili powder, and garlic powder.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • In a bowl, mix broccoli and bell pepper. Season with steak seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Transfer to a shallow baking dish.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until the veggies are tender and golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.
