Make quick and delicious 5-ingredient prawn, avocado, and coleslaw burgers.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt frozen panko coated prawns
  • 400g pkt Ranch Slaw Kit
  • 4 Brioche Buns, split, toasted
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 125ml dressing
Instructions:
  • Prepare the prawns as directed on the packet, then assemble the salad kit according to the packet instructions.
  • On individual serving plates, assemble the buns by adding coleslaw, avocado, and prawns on the bottom halves. Drizzle with dressing and cover with the top bun before serving.
