Prawn, pork & crispy noodle balls

Quick and crispy finger food balls.
Ingredients:
  • 300g peeled green prawns
  • 400g pork mince
  • 3 spring onions (shallots), sliced
  • 24.40 gm Original Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 x 100g pkts Original Fried Noodles
  • Vegetable oil, to deep-fry
  • 2 witlof or baby cos, leaves separated
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Pulse prawns, pork, shallot, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a food processor until perfectly blended. Season to taste.
  • Spread the noodles on a platter and gently press down with your palm. Form the prawn mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and coat them with the noodles.
  • Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan until it reaches a 2cm depth. Heat over medium heat. Cook prawn balls for 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Place on a plate lined with paper towel. Repeat for 2 more batches.
  • Lay out witlof or baby cos leaves on a platter. Fill each leaf with 2-3 prawn balls and serve alongside sweet chilli sauce.
