Prawn and chorizo pizza

Celebrate Italy's beloved creation - pizza, the perfect family meal.
Ingredients:
  • 200g pkt Italian Pizza Base Plain Round
  • 2 truss tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 312.50 ml Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1 chorizo sausage, from the deli, thinly sliced
  • 350g Raw Banana Prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 100g Australian fetta, from the deli, crumbled
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 150g loose baby spinach
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 240C (or 220C for fan ovens) and line 2 baking trays with foil. Place the pizza bases on the trays. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the bases. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top. Then evenly distribute the chorizo, prawns, and feta on the pizzas. Season with your desired seasonings and sprinkle with garlic, finishing off with the remaining mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with 1/2 cup spinach and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
