Potato, prawn and chorizo pizza

Elevate store-bought pizza bases with flavorful chorizo, succulent prawns, and crispy potato for an irresistible twist on traditional pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 200g pizza base
  • 250.00 ml coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 2 x 80g chat potatoes, very thinly sliced
  • 1 chorizo, thinly sliced
  • 12 medium raw prawns from the deli, peeled
  • 20 green pitted olives
  • 80g shaved parmesan
  • 4 slices prosciutto, freshly sliced from the deli, torn into thick strips
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C. Place the pizza bases on two baking trays. Sprinkle mozzarella over the bases. Layer on potato slices, chorizo, prawns, and olives. Bake for 10-15 minutes, swapping trays halfway, until potatoes are tender and crust is golden.
  • Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and layer with the flavorful parmesan and savory prosciutto. Cut into slices and accompany with a refreshing mix of salad greens.
