Whip up a tantalizing Brazilian barbecue for a flavorful culinary experience.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large Lady Christl potatoes, peeled (see note)
  • 3 chorizo sausages
  • 24 green prawns, peeled leaving tails intact
  • Bought aioli, to serve
  • Mission Wraps, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil the potatoes until just tender (10-12 minutes). Ensure not to overcook them. Let them cool completely, then cut into 2-3cm pieces.
  • Slice each flavorful chorizo sausage into 8 delicious pieces. Alternate skewering the enticing potatoes, juicy prawns, and savory chorizo onto sturdy metal skewers.
  • Preheat a large barbecue flat plate over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the prawns change color and the potato is golden. Serve with aioli and wraps.
