Elevate takeout with this easy homemade recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 24 green prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, de-veined
  • 82.50 ml bought pizza sauce
  • 2 x30cm pizza bases
  • 200g fresh ricotta
  • 80g semi-dried tomatoes
  • 150g baby spinach
  • Pesto, to serve
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 230C. Cut each slice of prosciutto in half widthwise, then in half lengthwise. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each prawn.
  • Cover the pizza bases with sauce and then layer on the prawns.
  • Spoon ricotta on top and bake on two trays, swapping shelves halfway through cooking, for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and bake for another 10 minutes, or until prawns are cooked and the base is crisp.
  • Ladle pesto over the dish and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
