Prawn & spiced yoghurt pappadums

Start your meal with these delicious mini prawn and spiced yogurt pappadums.
Ingredients:
  • 200g (3/4 cup) Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 30.00 gm mango chutney
  • 1 tsp Lime Pickle
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 small fresh red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 20 mini pappadums
  • 20 (about 350g) small cooked prawns, peeled, deveined
Instructions:
  • Mix the yogurt, mango chutney, and lime pickle in a bowl.
  • Mix the cucumber, coriander, and chili in a small bowl.
  • Prepare the pappadums as per instructions on the packet and arrange them on a serving plate. Spoon a teaspoon of the yogurt mixture onto each pappadum, then add the prawns and cucumber mixture on top before serving.
