Prawn pizzettas

Create a delicious prawn and feta pizzetta with peppery rocket for a quick and impressive meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 individual pizza bases
  • 125.00 ml tomato passata (sugo - see note)
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 12 green prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 60g feta, crumbled
  • 30g rocket leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Arrange the pizza bases on a baking sheet and generously spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of passata on each base. Allow the flavors to mingle while you prepare the toppings.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Sauté the garlic, onion, and prawns for 2 minutes, stirring, until prawns are lightly colored but not fully cooked. Sprinkle in the chili flakes, then take off the heat.
  • Evenly spread the prawn mixture on the pizza bases and bake the pizzettas for 10-12 minutes until the bases are crisp and golden.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta evenly over the pizza bases. Season with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with the rocket leaves and serve promptly.
