Ingredients:
  • 185.63 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 20.00 ml drained capers, finely chopped
  • 2 gherkins, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • 11.80 gm dijon mustard
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 1kg cooked medium king prawns, peeled, deveined (tails intact)
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, capers, gherkins, parsley, dill, mustard, and lemon juice.
