Prawns with easy avocado swirl dip

Create a decadent avocado-infused sour cream dip with chives for a luxurious pairing with prawns.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 200g tubs avocado dip
  • 220g tub sour cream and chives dip
  • Sriracha chilli sauce, to taste
  • 500g cooked prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
  • Lime wedges, to serve
  • Micro herbs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Gently swirl the dips in their containers. Transfer the avocado dip to a shallow serving bowl or plate. Top with the sour cream dip. Use a flat-bladed knife to create a swirled design. Finish with a drizzle of chili sauce.
  • Garnish the prawns and lime wedges with micro herbs before serving the dip.
