Elevate your party cocktails with vibrant sprinkles.
Ingredients:
  • 100's & 1000's, to decorate
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 300g raspberry
  • 375ml grapefruit juice
  • 250ml tequila
  • 125ml lime juice
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
Instructions:
  • On a small plate, scatter the colorful 100's & 1000's. Next, moisten the rim of each glass with the lime wedge before dipping it into the sprinkles to fully coat it.
  • In a food processor, combine raspberries, grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a jug, then pour evenly into serving glasses.
