"Tangy lemon pudding and cream cheese filling atop a salty pretzel crust. A delicious twist on a classic tart!"
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Combine the sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until creamy. Add pretzels and mix well. Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan, cover, and refrigerate.
  • Make lemon pudding following the package directions. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Smooth the luscious cream cheese mixture over the decadent pretzel crust. Next, generously dollop the zesty lemon pudding atop the creamy layer. Chill until the pudding is perfectly set.
