Prosciutto mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms with gooey melted cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 12 portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 150g pkt white castello cheese, cut into 12 wedges
  • 12 sprigs fresh thyme, torn into smaller sprigs
  • 12 thin slices prosciutto, sliced lengthways
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill on high. Stuff each mushroom with a piece of cheese and top with 2-3 small sprigs of fresh thyme.
  • Individually encase each mushroom with 2 slices of savory prosciutto. Grill with the barbecue lid closed for 10-15 minutes, or until beautifully golden and bubbling.
