Ingredients:
  • 6 (about 840g) firm white fish fillets, cut into 2.5cm cubes
  • 18 slices prosciutto, halved lengthways
  • 12 asparagus spears, cut into thirds
Instructions:
  • Prepare your barbecue or chargrill by preheating it on a medium-high setting.
  • Skewer the prosciutto, fish, and asparagus, wrapping the prosciutto around each piece of fish for a delicious combination.
  • Prepare 12 kebabs.
  • Grill the kebabs for 2-3 minutes on each side to your desired doneness. Place on a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
