This easy antipasto idea is bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 16 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 rockmelon, peeled, cut into 8 small wedges
  • 1/4 honeydew melon, peeled, cut into 8 small wedges
  • 8 slices prosciutto, halved lengthways
Instructions:
  • Take one refreshing mint leaf and delicately position it on the edge of a luscious slice of melon. Gently envelop the center of the melon with a slice of savory prosciutto, ensuring that half of the mint leaf is beautifully enclosed.
