Start Father's Day lunch with mouthwatering BBQ prawns.
Ingredients:
  • 12 medium green king prawns
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
  • Peel and devein prawns, keeping tails on. Combine prawns, garlic, and half of the oil in a bowl, toss to coat. Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise. Wrap each prawn with a piece of prosciutto, leaving tails showing. Arrange on a plate.
  • Prepare the barbecue plate or chargrill by spraying it with oil and heating over medium-high heat. Cook the prawns, turning occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.
  • While waiting, combine lemon juice, basil, and remaining oil in a small bowl. Whisk until mixed. Place prawns on a platter and drizzle with basil dressing before serving.
