Worldly Arkansas mix: Popcorn "cotton balls" & rice crackers for a crispy twist.
Ingredients:
- 5 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons salt-free original seasoning blend
- 2 cups ranch-flavored rice crackers
- 3 cups popped popcorn
Instructions:
- Place the cereal in a large microwavable bowl.
- Melt butter in the microwave, then mix in seasoning blend. Pour over cereal, crackers, and popcorn, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Microwave on High, stirring every minute, until cereal lightly browns (3-4 minutes). Spread on paper towels to cool, then store in an airtight container.
