Dark and flavorful bread made with molasses, cocoa, bread flour, and cornmeal in a bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups warm milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 2.5 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.75 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the bread machine following the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Select either the Light Crust or Whole Wheat setting on the machine and begin.
