Spinach dip in pumpernickel bread bowl - perfect for sharing at parties!
Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf round pumpernickel
Instructions:
  • Combine dry vegetable soup mix, sour cream, and spinach in a medium bowl, blending them together.
  • Hollow out the center of the pumpernickel loaf to create a rustic bread bowl, keeping the removed bread for later use.
  • Scoop creamy spinach mixture into the hollowed pumpernickel bread loaf. Enjoy with extra bread for dipping.
