Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can (1 lb 1.5 oz) Immaculate Baking Co.™ Organic Cinnamon Rolls with icing
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it turns brown and smells nutty, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes. Quickly pour the browned butter into a small bowl, then mix in the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  • On a clean work surface, lay out the dough in a single sheet. Evenly spread the pumpkin mixture over the dough using a spoon. Roll the dough back up and then separate it into 5 individual rolls. Place the rolls 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, about 18 to 22 minutes. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Cut a corner of the icing packet and drizzle the warm rolls with the delicious icing.
