Unique twist on traditional pumpkin pie, with a more subtle pumpkin flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 prepared 8 inch pastry shells
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, then mix in pumpkin and spices. Gradually add eggs one by one, followed by salt. Beat until velvety. Pour batter evenly into the two pastry shells.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before adding whipped topping to serve.
