Effortless no-bake pumpkin spice cheesecake ready in under an hour with layers of smooth perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine pumpkin, cream cheese, sugar, and pie spice until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pie crust, filling it 2/3 full.
  • Fold the fluffy whipped topping into the remaining pumpkin mixture, then pour the luscious blend into the pie crust on top of the first layer.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes or until you are ready to indulge.
