Enhance any dessert with a delightful twist using cinnamon sugar cookie dough chips. Perfect for year-round enjoyment!
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (10 ounce) package cinnamon chips
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Press the cookie dough evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish, sprinkle over the cinnamon chips, and bake in the preheated oven until the crust turns lightly brown, about 12 to 14 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in pumpkin, then eggs until smooth. Pour into baking dish and bake until set in the center, 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Allow the baking dish to cool on a wire rack until it reaches room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator until cold, approximately 4 hours. Cut into 18 squares before serving.
