Creamy pumpkin layer topped with yellow cake mix and butter - a perfect pumpkin crunch recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine pumpkin purée, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon in a large bowl until velvety. Transfer the mixture into the prepped baking pan.
  • Spread the cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture in the baking pan, then drizzle the melted butter on top.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
