Thanksgiving pumpkin spice dinner rolls made effortlessly in a bread machine for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup pumpkin puree
  • 0.25 cup warm water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup warm milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3.25 cups bread flour
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2.25 teaspoons quick-rising yeast
Instructions:
  • In the bread machine pan, combine pumpkin, water, milk, egg, oil, flour, sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and yeast following the manufacturer's recommended order. Choose Dough setting and start.
  • Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Form it into dinner rolls, then arrange them on lightly greased baking sheets. Cover with a towel and allow to rise until nearly doubled in size, around 45 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for baking perfection.
  • Bake the rolls in the preheated oven until they turn a beautiful golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. Take them out of the oven and promptly transfer the rolls from the pans to a wire rack to cool and maintain their perfect crust.
