Pumpkin Ice Cream for Ninja Creami

Delicious and simple homemade pumpkin ice cream made with a Ninja Creami.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar-free pumpkin spice coffee creamer (such as International Delight®)
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin butter
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions:
  • Mix pumpkin pie spice coffee creamer, pumpkin butter, milk, pumpkin syrup, and pumpkin spice in a bowl. Use a hand mixer or immersion blender to blend everything well. Transfer the mixture into a Ninja Creami® pint container, then freeze for 24 hours.
  • Place the pint container into the outer bowl as per the manufacturer's instructions. Select the 'Ice Cream' button to start spinning. Once done, use the 'Re-spin' button.
