Elevate peanut butter cookie cups with Betty Crocker™ pumpkin spice cookie mix for a delicious fall-inspired treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 36 unwrapped Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures
  • 36 pecan halves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a medium bowl and mix until well blended. Roll level tablespoons of dough into 36 balls. Press each ball into an ungreased mini muffin cup.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown on edges. Place 1 candy in the center of each cookie right away. Let them cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Press a pecan half onto the top of each candy. Let them cool completely for about 1 hour.
