Boost protein shake with pumpkin and creamy Greek yogurt.
Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (6 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed until smooth with the lid securely covered.
  • Pour the mixture into a large glass and serve promptly.
